By accessing or using the ThirdRoc Finance platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
ThirdRoc Finance Limited operates the Platform as a peer-to-peer financing marketplace connecting Fijian businesses seeking invoice or insurance premium financing with investors. ThirdRoc Finance Limited is in the process of being licensed by the Reserve Bank of Fiji under the Access to Business Funding Act 2025.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use the Platform. Businesses must be validly registered in Fiji to apply for financing.
ThirdRoc acts solely as the operator of the Platform, facilitating the matching of borrowers and investors. ThirdRoc is not a party to any financing arrangement entered into between borrowers and investors, and does not guarantee repayment of any amounts invested.
Investing through the Platform involves risk, including the risk of losing part or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Investors should carefully review all information provided before making an investment decision.
Borrowers must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation as part of any application, and must comply with all repayment obligations agreed to under a financing arrangement.
ThirdRoc may charge fees to borrowers and/or investors in connection with the use of the Platform, as disclosed at the relevant time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThirdRoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms of service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
